Image Creator - Terms of Service

By accessing and using the Image Creator platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Permission is granted to temporarily use the Image Creator service for personal and commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials or service
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile any software contained in the platform
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

You are responsible for the content you submit through our image creator tool. You agree not to use the service to generate images that are:

• Illegal, harmful, or violate any laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights of others
• Defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Containing malicious code or viruses

The images generated through our image creator tool are created using AI technology. You retain rights to use the generated images, subject to compliance with these terms and applicable laws. The Image Creator platform and its underlying technology remain the property of Image Creator.

The materials on the Image Creator platform are provided on an 'as is' basis. Image Creator makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

In no event shall Image Creator or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Image Creator platform.

The materials appearing on the Image Creator platform could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Image Creator does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current.

Image Creator may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this platform, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
